If you can’t get ahold of Heather, she may be on the beach watching a sunset, drink in hand and toes in the sand.  Having raised two amazing sons, she learned early in life to be super organized, flexible and approach life and work with straightforward honesty and a smart sense of humor.

Heather’s coworkers and clients appreciate her thorough knowledge (she knows her stuff) and if you are lucky she may impart some of her wit and wisdom on you as well.  Either way, you will walk away with a new understanding of your title transaction or about yourself.    PS:  She lives in flip-flops all year long and keeps it Breezy!



Stacy has the uncommon combination of skills that makes quick and exacting work of preparing complex legal documents. She’s perfected her talent for finessing the minutest of details through her 31 years in the legal profession and boasts a loyal client base that stretches back through her more than three decades in the profession. Stacy’s greatest accomplishment and deepest joy is having raised her beautiful daughter as a single parent and today she enjoys spending time outdoors as an ardent animal lover and skilled gardener.



Andrea found her calling to the legal profession early, having begun her work in the field as a sophomore in high school. Her career has seen her excel at every administrative level, giving her a unique perspective in her role as a legal assistant. Andrea graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and devotes her free time to enjoying the best that Austin has to offer with her family while passionately pursuing her mission of rescuing dogs.



Stella honed her laser-focused attention to detail through almost two decades of legal document preparation for title companies all over Central Texas while collaborating with some of the area’s foremost real estate attorneys. When she’s not pounding away at the keyboard with exacting precision, Stella is known as a world-record-setting Netflix binge-watcher, exercise fanatic, ice cream aficionado and proud wife and mother.



Reneé has more than three decades of expertise in virtually every area of transactional real estate, making her an invaluable client resource. Since 1985, Reneé has constantly evolved her focus to stay in sync with this industry, earning a reputation for efficiency, expedient service and accuracy with residential real estate transactions, including a variety of atypical transactions.  She also has extensive experience drafting commercial real estate documents and assisting clients with their business formations. Her eye for detail in business also extends to her home life, where she and her husband enjoy serial remodeling and a love of the outdoors.



Ariane spent 15 years living and working overseas in Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia before choosing Austin as her home in 2012. Ariane’s boundless appetite for learning has taken her from a 10-year career in the aviation industry to another decade as a special education teacher. She embarked on her paralegal career in 2016 and loves helping people gain a better understanding of the legal matters involved in real estate transactions. In her free time, she loves to travel and find ways to entertain her dog, Guera and cats, Tucker and Tegan.



Pamela has recently returned from a sabbatical to practice law again.  Previously, she worked in Dallas representing apartment and general land developers, landlords and cell site providers; she also drafted workouts for the RTC.  She is excited to return to Real Estate Law in the dynamic Central Texas market and to offer comprehensive Estate Planning Services to her clients.  Pamela is extremely organized, detail-oriented and understands the importance of her clients’ needs. 

During her sabbatical, Pamela worked as an Office Manager for her husband’s real estate appraisal business, raised 4 boys and was heavily involved in volunteer work.  For many years, she served on the boards of NWAYBA, a local basketball league, and Northwest Little League and was the first woman President for both organizations.  She also volunteered on the Stewardship Committee, Pastoral Council and as a Religious Education teacher at her church, St. Theresa.  Pamela continues to volunteer at Anderson High School where her youngest son attends school.

Pamela graduated from TCU and The University of Texas School of Law, both with Honors.  She is married to Mike whom she met in Austin before starting law school.  In her free time, she loves to bake, garden, hike and play disc golf.



Anne is a Native Austinite with 25 years’ experience in Retail and Telecommunications Project Management. She is also a Reiki Master and Holistic Health Coach. When not at the office, Anne enjoys nature photography, working in her garden, spending time with friends, family and her cat Cali and dog Dilla.



Cynthia joins Hancock McGill & Bleau as an Escrow Officer with an extensive background in the medical insurance and home improvement industries. She is a welcomed addition with her excellent customer service skills, adaptive and creative nature, and her organization skills. Cynthia loves traveling to explore new sights and sounds both locally and beyond. When not supporting her four busy children in their academic and athletic pursuits, she can be found soaking up sunshine with a book and planning her next adventure.

Patricia O’Grady


Whether called Trish, Patrizia, or Patricia; her warmth and sense of humor will always leave a lasting impression. She was born and raised in NYC, but she spent most of her childhood honing her skills on the slopes to become an internationally-ranked downhill skier. Her insatiable curiosity has led to a niched collection of degrees and certifications, some of which she has even utilized from time to time. While maintaining her tumbleweed spirit, HMB has quickly become Patricia’s rooted foundation of intellectual challenge and reward.
